サッカー選手を続けながらも、将来のことを考えて、正社員として働ける会社を探していました。遠征や試合などで平日休みを取らざるを得ないこともありますが、佐渡はそこも前向きに応援してくれました。会社にはとても感謝しています。
Sawatari assisted me to balance work and soccer.
Even while playing soccer professionally, I was searching for a company where I could work fulltime. Even when I had to take weekdays off due to matches and travel, Sawatari passionately supported me.

チームプレイ。
現在、営業部５名のチームで業務を行なっています。ご注文いただいた商品の納品や、ご依頼を受けて対応を行ったり、チームで業務をすることがほとんど。上司や先輩もメンバーをサポートしたりとチームプレイを重視。とても働きやすい環境です。
Working here is a team-sport, just like soccer.
My Sales Team comprises five of us. We deliver ordered goods and provide requested services as a team. Our boss and seniors support the members, weighing in on team play and making it a favorable work environment.

入社当時、右も左もわからない僕を、先輩たちが気にかけて仕事を覚えることができました。だからこそ、新入社員のサポートや、その人が「入社してよかった」「働きやすい」と思ってもらえるような先輩でありたいです。仕事で会社に貢献したいと考えています。

When I first joined, my seniors helped me hand in foot to learn the necessary tasks. That’s why I want to become the kind of senior that helps newcomers feel wanted and energized to work at Sawatari. I wish to give back to the company through work.
